Inlay Refund Policy
Inlay is provided by Aliaksei Ankip Individual Entrepreneur (“we”, the “Provider”). We aim to make billing simple and transparent. This Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases of Inlay. Paddle.com is the merchant of record (reseller) and handles checkout, payments, taxes, and refunds.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in the Inlay console before renewal. Prices may vary based on currency, taxes, and fees.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel any time at console billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period plus a 3-month grace period with limited access.
If your Inlay subscription is canceled, existing customers retain access for up to 3 months. They will continue to receive in-app update notifications during this grace period. After it ends, the plugin will lock and display a message directing customers to update (if an update is configured) or contact you as the owner.
3. Refunds
- If we are unable to deliver the service you purchased, we will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a refund where appropriate.
- Refund requests for the initial charge or a renewal must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
- Paddle.com, as merchant of record, may approve refunds within that 14-day window where required by law or at its discretion.
- After 14 days, renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We do not provide automatic prorated refunds after the billing period starts. Exceptional cases may be considered at our discretion.
- Paddle may handle tax or currency adjustments according to local regulations.
4. How to Request Help
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you need assistance, email info@inlay.cloud with your account email, invoice number, and details. We aim to respond promptly.
5. Payment Failures
If a payment fails or is declined, access may be paused until a valid payment method is provided. See the checkout error page in the console for guidance.
6. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated, and the updated policy will take effect when posted.
